I heard (a recording) of this guy when working at Bombardier in Derby. One of the lads was playing him on his speaker. I actually wrote his name down so I could see what albums he had. Great voice.

He is so humble. At 48 now 51 he has become my favourite. Helped me through PTSD and to this day makes me smile and just be happy.

I used to live there back in the early 80s but it was a children’s home it was not for learning difficulties back then it was ran by retired nuns have to say wasn’t the most pleasant experience in my life 😢

The pond is wasted on the toy boat club. This pond used to have paddle boats that could be hired. Kids loved it. It was a cheap affordable fun day out which attracted crowds of tourists . Now it's just gone to waste .
